We design punches and dies to suit customer requirements.

Customized tooling is manufactured as per various components to suit majority of components using single punch and die to avoid changeover and increase productivity.  

Hemming tools are combination of 30deg. straight punch and Flattening tool.

Usage of these hemming tools results in higher productivity eliminates the changeover time and stacking of material for re-striking after tool change.

For minimum inside bends to high tensile strength tooling for heavy thickness bending punch is designed.

Variants of raw material and hardening procedure ensures maximum strength of tooling and maximum wear resistance. We offer tooling upto hardness of 55+2 hrc. For maximum life.
Gooseneck punches are generally toughened and tip hardened for maximum life.

Segmented tooling as weel as left and right horn punches is optional to accomodate side bending.
We have semi gooseneck as well as deep gooseneck punches to offer.

We manufacture liner plates as per customer’s drawing. These liners are manufactured for steel mills components.

Variant of sizes can be manufactured at our works. Maximum size of liner can be upto 1000 x 3000 x thickness as per requirement.

We offer ferrous and non-ferrous liners. Soft , toughened and hardened liners upto 55-60 hrc.

Varity of raw material is used to manufacture these liners as per application.

Sliding shoe for steel mill components are offered in 3 variants.
